I would like to let you know about my problem, .gesd file damaged my drives and now they are asking for handsome money. bad thing i did that there was external hard drive attached at the time so it also damage my external drive which includes only my office data not more that 8 gb. now suggest me if i will download this malware software so will this solve my problem and return my files into original? so i can open and use it back.

Can you boot into safe mode? Try doing that if you haven’t already and tell us if you were allowed into Safe Mode.

i have gandgrab on my system.
i cant even do system restore or create a cd / usb drive to make recovery iso to reformat drives

Are you using an Administrator Account? What happens when you try to install it? Do you have any unwanted software on your PC, some undesirable programs might inhibit your ability to install new software? Also, you can try installing it while in Safe Mode.
