En respuesta a Jorge. Hola Jorge, El virus es nuevo, por lo que no hay ningún otro software que pueda ayudarlo en este momento. Si la identificación parece estar en línea, el descifrado es imposible.

TODOS mis archivos de trabajo quedaron con extensión «.agvv». Realicé todos los pasos con mucho cuidado, pero lamentablemente al usar el software Emsisoft Decryptor for Stop Dvju, ninguno de mis archivos se recuperó, y todos muestran la siguiente información:

Les suplico que por favor me ayuden… Qué software puedo usar?
