we don’t know why TotalAV can’t remove it. i can suggest you to follow the removal guide here and if that doesn’t help, download SpyHunter from this page.

I have paid for and installed TotalAV on my lenovo laptop running on windows..
However guce is still able to commandeer my AOL email address and I am unable to use AOL email on my laptop, although I can use it on my Apple iPad.

Why does TotalAV not detect and remove this troublesome intruder?

The image you show is .exe” not .exe.
