How to Decrypt .Nano File Virus files

We have a comprehensive (and daily updated) guide on how to decrypt your files. Check it out here.

Ransomware removal and data recovery

The guide form this page and the malware-removal tool we have posted in it should be enough to allow you to remove .Nano File Virus which will prevent the malware from locking-up any new files you may create on your computer. However, the ones that are already locked will likely remain that way in spite of you removing .Nano File Virus and in order to get them back you will need to take additional actions. Sadly, though we have included some data restoration suggestions and instructions in our guide, we can’t promise you anything. This particular threat uses a very advanced encryption algorithm and there are no surefire methods that can guarantee full data recovery. This, however, doesn’t mean that it’s a better idea to pay the demanded money – remember that nothing can make the hackers keep their promises of restoring your data by sending you the decryption details. However, if you pay them the ransom they request, you will also be risking your money in the process which is why we believe it is better if you try all other alternatives first.
