This Step can indeed be a bit tricky as it might be difficult to tell which Registry keys might be unwanted and deleting something you are not supposed to can cause all sorts of issues, so it's good that you've decided to contact us first. Now, first thing to do is press CTRL+F when inside the Registry Editor and once a search box opens, type the name of the unwanted program and hit Enter. Tell us if anything gets found that way - you will most likely need to delete whatever is found. Also, look through the HKEY_CURRENT_USER directory looking for any items that have names consisted of random numbers and/or letters that don't seem to make any sense. For example. something like that "asfww144r13rfasd". If nothing gets found (no items with the unwanted app name or items with weird names that look like a random string of numbers and/or letters), then (or even before that) you can contact the support team for the removal tool that you use in case you have purchased the paid license as they should be able to help you handle this issue in case you still can't remove the problematic software.

In the HKEY_CURRENT_USER area, how can you tell which files are malicious? I think I have an Oload Virus, I've downloaded Spyhunter and scanned, it picked up 1 malware item, so I had it remove it, however I appear to still be getting unwanted notifications whenever I enter Google Chrome.

I've followed every step above to the best of my ability but I can't even begin to discern what files could be considered malicious in the aforementioned HKEY section, can you please help?
