I found the following additional IP Addresses in my .txt file:

127.0.0.1 down.baidu2016..com
127.0.0.1 123.sogou..com
127.0.0.1 http://www.czzsyzgm..com
127.0.0.1 http://www.czzsyzxl..com
127.0.0.1 union.baidu2019..com
What are these?

Hi, you can delete them from the file easily enough. You might get a permission error when you try to save it afterwards though.

If you experience any problems with permission rights when you try to save the file do the following:

Search for Notepad in Windows search -> right click on the executable and select Run as Administrator.
From inside Notepad click on the File-> Open menu and navigate to the hosts file

You should now be able to save the file properly.

Hello Iram,

Delete all IPs and domain names after the first two lines in the Hosts file.

If you are having any troubles with that please let me know.
