Our power was glitching, going on and off, and therefore, the Apple power went on. I attempted to turn it off by turning the TV on to go to settings. I saw Steven Universe on my screen saying that it had finished, and I couldn’t use the remote to get out of it. I had to unplug the unit for a while and then plug it back in to get it to reset.
