My system crashed after I recently updated my nvidia drivers for my gtx 1070 and when I try to restart my computer fails it just hangs and so I tried running system restore and it says it failed because it couldn’t remove vulkaninfoxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx the x’s representing some very repetitive numerals and dots it didn’t flash the message long enough to get the whole name of the file but it said it was in the system folder and the only option I see is to try and get a cmd prompt going and try to delete anything that has a start with vulkaninfo??? Do you have any suggestions? I got the drivers from Nvidia so not sure what went wrong? Installed on a win7 professional who’s last drivers came from microsoft I think. (not sure on that) Anyway do you know how I can get rid of this because even though I haven’t tried it yet I’m thinking it is probably not going to let me delete it even if I can find it since it didn’t let the restore program delete it?

Many programs sometimes install data that might not be necessary or needed. The reasons can be various. The issue is that sometimes such data could cause some disturbance which is why users might need to delete it.
