Well, as mentioned, the guide is supposed to help you get rid of the unwanted data that is causing the issue. Usually, this shouldn’t remove anything that you actually need. That being said, sometimes, certain files on your PC that you might want to keep could be what’s causing such an irritation. This is, however, rare. Also, if during the completion of the guide you are faced with a dilemma whether or not to delete anything, you can always ask for our advice here, in the comments.

You should probably delete them, though we’d still advise you to send us a screenshot of the IP’s just to be certain.
