Hi Shahrour,
you can follow the guide to remove he virus. For decrypting your files you have to download Emsisoft Decryptor, that you will find in the end of the guide. It will tell you if your files are encrypted by an online or offline ID. If they are encrypted by an online ID, decryption is impossible.
