IF you have strange IPs in the Hosts file, then you should probably remove them. We advise you to copy them and send them to us here so we can tell you for sure if the said IPs need to be deleted.

Those IPs must be removed your Hosts file – delete them manually from the file and remember to save the changes.

Well, open your Chrome, go to its main menu and select Settings. In the right pane, click on extensions. Now, find the unwanted extension and select the trashcan icon next to the undesirable extension to remove it. If this doesn’t work, write back to us for further support.

Yeah, but I don’t know how to remove this strange extension from Chrome… I HATE Softonic….

Did you check your Hosts file for suspicious IP’s as instructed in the guide? Did you find anything there? If there wre any IP’s below Localhost, tell us in the comments.

Ok thanks,I’ve uninstall the program from the control pannel and “HPsewil” have been uninstalled from control pannel+roaming but the problem still here : Sometimes chrome start normally but other times ,the webbrowser start on search.safefinder.com and there is an installed extensions called “feed.sonic-search.com” in chrome parameters but I can’t uninstall it.

Yes, delete the whole folder named HPSewill. See if this fixes the issue. However, before you delete it, check if you have a program installed under the same name in your Control Panel/Uninstall a Program. If so, fist uninstall HPSewill from there and then delete the folder.
