You can contact there 24 hour support service through the app.
Option #1: Open “SpyHunter” > click the “HelpDesk” icon in the main menu > and click on the “Submit a Support Ticket” button.
Option #2: Click here to log in to the “My Account” or log in using the login box shown on the right side of our site’s header. Next, in the “My Account” sidebar, click on the link “Open a new support ticket”.

They should be able to give you a custom fix that will remove JSDownloaders!gen. If however you are still not satisfied you can drop an message and ask for a refund.

I ran all of your scans twice each and the damn Trojan is still here. So far, I can no longer open my settings tab and it has compromised my windows updater. Need to get rid of this before any more damage. I thought your ads said it would remove this Trojan, what gives. If it won’t I would like my money back. But I would much rather have you help me. Thanks!
