In reply to HowToRemove.Guide Team. I have completed the rest of the steps.. and without removing it, the pop up ads still exist :( and btw, the pop up im having is named liveadoptimizer, and I've searched google too, and found nothing specific about this one.

I have a folder in regedit named as ciskt.. i searched on google and only found cisk (without the t) in there.. so i wonder if this is one of the unwanted or not…
