In reply to D-73. Go to your Start Menu and copy-paste this line: notepad %windir%/system32/Drivers/etc/hosts. Now open the first result and look at the notepad file, find where it says "Localhost" and look below it for any sketchy-looking IP addresses.

i tried step 2 and 2B but virus is still there and my data still not recover
