The “Microsoft account security info was added” is a malware designed to infect the targeted user’s PC in a very stealthy way

Trojan horse, or as most people call them Trojans, are among the most widespread and most dangerous malware families on the Internet. On this page, we will share with you important information on how to protect your computer from those threats, how to avoid their transmitters and, most importantly, how to remove them. We are also going to provide you with a specialized removal guide for one particularly nasty Trojan-based infection called “Microsoft account security info was added”. Stay with us if you are having trouble with this particular malware and make use of the instructions below to safely remove it. Before you scroll down, however, lets first give you some basic information about those nasty computer threats. A Trojan Horse is a malware designed to infect the targeted user’s PC in a very stealthy way and to then carry out various harmful activities in the system. Usually, the Trojans are used to steal or corrupt data but they are often also associated with the distribution of other viruses such as Ransomware and Spyware, which is the result of their ability to create vulnerabilities in the system and to open security holes that can easily be exploited. Hackers often use malicious programs like “Microsoft account security info was added” to gain remote access, obviously unauthorized, to a computer to infect its files and damage the system. Trojans are also used for banking fraud, theft of information, espionage and other harmful activities which can put the victim’s computer and privacy in serious danger.

The following security info was recently added to the Microsoft account

A specific trait of the infections like “The following security info was recently added to the Microsoft account” is their ability to hide deep in the system for an indefinite period of time. Normally, it is very difficult to detect a Trojan Horse transmitter because “The following security info was recently added to the Microsoft account” typically looks like a legitimate file or is hidden in some attractive message, web-link, email attachment or a software installer.

That’s why, if you don’t have a professional security tool, you may easily get tricked into clicking on something malicious and you may not even get notified about the contamination that has happened.

[email protected]

When the [email protected] virus enters the victim’s PC, it immediately tries to hide deep in the OS so as not to get detected. What is more, the [email protected] malware typically shows no symptoms of its presence and silently launches its harmful activities in the background.

That’s why finding and removing the Trojan is not easy and, in most cases, you may need an excellent anti-malware program to detect it.

At this point, the logical question of a user who is worried about their computer security is: “What issues should I expect if I get infected by a Trojan like “Microsoft account security info was added”?” Unfortunately, there is no universal answer to this question because Trojans are very versatile pieces of malware and can be programmed to perform many different harmful activities. It all depends on what exactly the criminals would like to use them for. To give you a general idea of their maliciousness, let’s start by saying that these are infections primarily designed to corrupt data, to steal sensitive info, to spy or to spread other viruses. Trojans may often format the hard drive in order to destroy the documents stored on it or to insert other harmful code in the system which can perform a specific harm. Threats such as “Microsoft account security info was added” Malware may also steal information, especially banking information and provide their creators with remote access. That’s why they should be removed immediately after you detect them.
