Press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC at the same time and go to the Processes Tab. Try to determine which processes are dangerous.

Type Regedit in the windows search field and press Enter. Once inside, press CTRL and F together and type the virus’s Name.

That means for now, the only other alternative to paying the ransom, is to backup/save your encrypted data as is and wait for a possible future solution if encrypted with an ONLINE KEY.
