The ww4.0123movie.net virus will redirect your searches

The presence of ww4.0123movie.net on your personal computer is the most probable reason why you have recently been faced with odd pop-up ads, banners or page redirects. Such applications in most cases are harmless, but users find them very irritating. They also mess with the settings of the system’s default web browser by installing certain components for ad-generation and auto page-rerouting and force changes to the home page or the search engine without permission from the users.

Hijackers don’t really bother users who are able to ignore the constantly generated ads or get used to the newly imposed browser changes. However, the majority of users typically look for a way to remove or uninstall these ads and change and declare the program that imposes them as unwanted. Besides, it is always easier to uninstall an application like ww4.0123movie.net than to get used to it. That’s why in this article, we’ll help you deal with this browser hijacker and reset your browser to its previous state.

The Ww4.0123movie.net Virus

The main purpose of programs such as the ww4.0123movie.net virus and other browser hackers such as Fastcaptchasolver, MeddleMonkey is to show all kinds of disturbing pop-up ads, banners, and promotional messages and to make the users click on them. What they do is nothing harmful or illegal but it can disrupt your web browsing experience in a very unpleasant way.

These programs typically operate as browser plug-ins that are usually integrated with the main browser. They cannot be removed like the normal plug-ins though, and need to be fully uninstalled from the system in order to stop spamming your screen, modifying your browser’s settings and redirecting you to sponsored pages.

Now you may wonder why anyone would use software like ww4.0123movie.net to display all these irritating ads in your web browser. The explanation is very simple. Browser hijackers are programs specifically designed for the purpose of online advertising and are widely used for the promotion of sponsored web ads and for information collection activities that help marketers advertise their products and services. Very often, however, the hijacker’s ads can be quite intrusive and distressing to the end-users. In some cases, the unwanted pop-ups, banners, and boxes may come in dozens and can be extremely difficult to remove as they can literally cover the screen. That is why it is understandable why many people conclude that they are dealing with a nagging ad-generating virus rather than a harmless browser hijacker.

However, browser hijackers are not dangerous. They cannot damage anything in the system and unlike malware like viruses and Ransomware, they can be removed without leaving any permanent negative consequences of their presence. The removal guide below contains instructions on that and a professional removal tool for an automatic system scan.
