Sorteo de vacaciones Iberia

“Sorteo de vacaciones Iberia” is a threatening piece of malware known as a Trojan Horse that typically gets delivered into user’s computers through the help of misleading spam messages. Scammers oftentimes threaten their victims with “Sorteo de vacaciones Iberia” in attempts to extort money from them through blackmailing.

The Sorteo de Vacaciones Iberia Scam

One very famous form of web spamming is that in which a phishing email is sent to the user. In the “Sorteo de vacaciones Iberia” and Tinyurl5.ru phishing email, via WhatsApp, a supposed Iberia summer holiday prize draw is announced and shared with lightning speed in which we can supposedly win “5000 free return tickets to Europe”. With the “Sorteo de vacaciones Iberia” the scammers are trying to get your details and those of your contacts by posing as the Spanish airline. The scammers also lure and invite potential victims to visit spam and fake survey websites that aim to get consumers to purchase unwanted products or services and disclose their personal details to be used fraudulently. Blocking a consumer’s credit/debit card is also a possible threat that fraudsters can make to extort money from their victims.

Right off the bat, we must tell you not to follow any of the link instructions that may have been given to you inside these scam messages. Even if there’s malware like “Sorteo de vacaciones Iberia” in your computer, sending the requested data to the blackmailers is not a good way of handling this. Besides, the most important thing you need to understand about this type of e-mail phishing campaigns is that they are more often than not nothing but simple scamming schemes. There is probably no malware in your computer that can cause harm to the system. Still, if you want to make sure that there really isn’t malware in your computer, try the next removal guide that focuses on eliminating the nasty “Sorteo de vacaciones Iberia” Trojan. The reason we will be focusing on this particular threat is because most of the scammers we’ve just talked about use this exact virus to scare their victims.

The Trojans are not to be underestimated – you need to be careful!

However, even this doesn’t guarantee that your machine is fully clean and safe. Therefore, it’s important that you also have some form of software protection tool such as the one that we’ve mentioned in this write-up. There is reason why the blackmailing scammers typically choose to intimidate their victims by telling them there’s a Trojan like “Sorteo de vacaciones Iberia” in the victim’s machine. The Trojans are both really sneaky which makes their manual detection difficult and they are also very harmful and unpredictable. Because of this, it is imperative that you provide your computer with the best protection possible. Do not go to shady sites or open questionable file attachments and do not install pirated software in your computer. Also, as we already said, keep a good and strong security program in your machine to help you fend off and take care of any hidden threats that may have managed to sneak in your computer without you having been able to notice them.
