Adblock Fast
Adblock Fast is categorized as an Android browser hijacker – it is a software component that takes over the browser and forces it to display obstructive ads and page-redirects. Adblock Fast can also put banners and pop-ups on your screen as well as collect advertising data.
While not especially dangerous, hijackers for Android can lead to a number of frustrating problems. They could spam ads on your screen, redirect your online searches, and slow down the device. What’s a bigger issue with Adblock Fast and other similar hijackers, however, is the wide variety of permissions they tend to automatically gain on the device. The permissions could give them access to information about your location, phone number, OS version, and more. Such data is often purchased by third-party advertisers who want to use it for targeted ad-display, but it’s also not excluded that the information may fall into the hands of scammers and hackers, thus potentially exposing you to danger.
Also, do not forget that the advertisements and redirects displayed by most hijackers are not to be trusted and can potentially make you exposed to Trojans, Spyware, and maybe even Ransomware.

Settings/More/Application Manager/All
Locate the Browser/App in question and tap on it.
Now the method is effectively the same for users using both “Internet” and Chrome/Other Browsers, yet for more clarity we have provided instructions for both:
For “Internet” Browser Users:
Tap the Force Stop button.
Now tap the Clear Data and Clear Cache Buttons.
For Google Chrome Users:
Click on Force Stop.
Then click on Clear Data and Clear Cache.
Restart your Browser. It might be a good idea to Reboot your Android device, just in case.
- Important!
If you are still seeing Ads in your browser, it is likely they are generated by the websites you visit and there is nothing you can do about it.
However, if you are seeing Adverts outside of your internet browser, then one of your installed Apps contains the problematic Adware. In this case you need to take a look at this guide.
