  • I have downloaded the combo cleaner and it won’t open. It just bounces in the dock. I have to force quit. Any ideas or help.

  • This worked for me: 1. delete printer in Apple icon – system preferences – printers and scanners. 2. Delete HP folder in Go – Goto Folder – [type:] “/Library/printers”. 3. Reinstall printer driver.
